Pricing & Ordering:
Beef is priced at $10 per pound based on hanging weight through Elysian Fields.
We offer reservations for quarter and half beef shares, allowing you to stock your freezer with premium cuts tailored to your preferences.
Processing is fully customizable, and all processing fees are paid directly to the processor based on your selections.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your beef.
Beef will be processed 12/22/26 and ready for pick up mid January 2027
